Jason Franks writes comics, prose and source code. He is the author of the novels Bloody Waters and Faerie Apocalypse, as well as the Sixsmiths graphic novel series. A collection of his mainstream short stories was collected in Ungenred by Black House Comics. His work in prose and comics has been shortlisted for Aurealis and Ledger awards. Franks teaches script writing for Comics Mastermind and refuses to sing karaoke. Franks lives in Melbourne, Australia with his wife, son, and three horribly neglected guitars.
